These Community Rules / Game Rules (the "Rules") are the document referenced by the "I agree to the rules" checkbox on the Platform's registration page.

1. Terms Used in These Rules

"Violation"
any act or omission by a User that is contrary to these Rules.
"Moderation Measure"
an action taken by the Operator or a moderator in response to a Violation.
"Escalation"
the progressive increase in severity of Moderation Measures in the case of repeated or more serious Violations.
"Doxxing"
disclosing another person's personal data without their consent.

2. General Principles of Conduct

2.1. Basic Principle

When communicating in-game, in chat, on the forum, on the wiki, or in Official Community Channels, treat other participants with respect.

3. Prohibited Conduct in Communication

3.1. Unacceptable Content

The following are prohibited in chat, on the forum, on the wiki, and in Official Community Channels:

3.2. Spam and Unauthorised Advertising

Mass unsolicited messages and advertising of third-party resources without the Operator's permission are prohibited.

4. Game Integrity

4.1. Prohibited Tools and Actions

The use of cheats, bots, macros, or any third-party software that provides an unfair in-game advantage is prohibited.

4.2. Real-Money Trading (RMT)

Buying, selling, or exchanging Accounts, Characters, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Items for real money outside the Platform's official systems is prohibited.

4.3. In-Game Trading

The exchange of items between Users is permitted only through the in-game trading mechanisms provided by the Platform.

5. Character Naming

5.1. Prohibited Names

It is prohibited to use names for Characters, guilds, or clans that are offensive or discriminatory, that are misleading as to official status, or that infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Moderation

6.1. Scale of Moderation Measures

Depending on the severity and repetition of a Violation, warnings, temporary chat restrictions, and temporary or permanent Account suspension are applied, generally in order of Escalation.

6.2. Serious Violations

Regardless of the scale set out in clause 6.1, in the case of Violations referred to in clause 3.1 (Doxxing; sexual content involving minors; calls for unlawful acts or violence), the Operator applies an immediate, indefinite Account suspension without going through the preceding stages of Escalation. Where required by applicable law, the Operator may report such Violations to the competent law enforcement authorities.

6.3. Appealing Moderation Decisions

If you believe a Moderation Measure applied to you was unjustified, you may submit an appeal through Platform support within 14 days of the measure being applied, providing an explanation or evidence in your favour. This right of appeal extends to all decisions to apply Moderation Measures without exception, including decisions made under clause 6.2.

7. Application of These Rules in Official Community Channels

7.1. Extension of the Rules

These Rules apply equally to conduct in the Platform's Official Community Channels as they do to conduct directly in-game.

7.2. Independent Rules of Third-Party Services Themselves

In addition to these Rules, each Official Community Channel has its own terms of use established by the relevant provider.

8. Changes to These Rules

8.1. Updates

The Operator may update these Rules at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform.
